How early-career introverts can shine quietly

Professor Karl Moore, in collaboration with Rachel Burk (BCom’17), have compiled advice from young, self-professed introverts on how they are forging ahead in the workplace and getting noticed for their quiet accomplishments.
As one interviewee points out: ‘“When you are the ‘quiet one’ in a group, your contributions can be overlooked, but it doesn’t mean they aren’t there – it just means that sometimes you need to be the one to point them out.”
