Target Audience: All staff and students required to work with a class 3B and/or 4 laser must follow this course.
罢谤补颈苍颈苍驳:听You can view the (McGill log-in required).聽Those working with class 3B and/or 4 lasers are required to participate in the Occupational Health Program, and need to complete a baseline eye exam.
McGill students, staff and faculty can complete the online course and exam using the EHS Safety Training System - Web Training.
Non-McGill student registrants please complete and submit the Paying Participant Training Form.
Certification: A Laser Safety Course certificate is presented to participants who successfully complete the written exam. Certification is valid for a period of 3 years. If you have participated in a Laser Safety Course within the last 3 years, you are not required to re-take the training.
Duration:聽1.75 hours (excludes examination time)
Cost (McGill): Free for the McGill Community (students, staff and faculty).聽
Cost (Non-McGill): $50 (if paid by PI); $150.00 per person plus applicable taxes for other payment methods
