Penny graduated from McGill with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Diploma in Environment. After her time at McGill, she dived into community development and food security, then went on to earn a Master鈥檚 in Environmental Studies (Planning) from York. In 2013 she rejoined McGill as a staff member and advisor in the Office of the Dean of Students and the Faculty of Arts.
