Mélanie Mondou

MÉLANIE MONDOU, MD, MHPE, is a Geriatrician, an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Health Sciences Education. She has been involved in medical education, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, for the past 10 years. At the undergraduate level, she held the post of Geriatrics Clerkship Course Director, Interprofessional Course Director, Clerkship Component Director, Assistant Dean, UGME and currently holds the post of Associate Dean, UGME. Dr. Mondou completed a Master’s in Health Professions Education from Maastricht University in 2014.

Dr. Mondou is involved in teaching interprofessionalism and geriatric medicine at the undergraduate and graduate level and was a member of the Office of Interprofessional Education at McGill until 2020.

Current research interests: Interprofessional education and practice, Entrustable Professional Activities and faculty development.
