Chancellor Day Hall Maxwell Cohen Moot Court (NCDH 100), 3644 rue Peel, Montreal, QC, H3A 1W9, CA

Join us for a Constitutional Moment organized by the MacKell Chair in Federalism.

McGill and Université de Montréal students, who participated in the drafting of a new Canadian constitutional text (read here [.pdf]) in the context of a joint UdeM-McGill course offered by Professors Daniel Turp and Johanne Poirier will discuss their experience.

Original aspects of this ‘New Constitution’ will be presented and discussed, as well as the potential and limits of “constitutional reforms” in the Canadian context.
