The Gazette (Op-ed): Quebec should keep its nose out of McGill's MBA program

(Op-ed by Lucien Bouchard, Stuart Cobbett, Jacques Lamarre and Paul Tellier): More than once this year, the Quebec government has reiterated that it sees the development of a vigorous knowledge economy, and the improvement of our education system, as a key route to progress and growth... Bravo. But at the same time the ministry of education is working to block attempts by McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management to institute a funding model for its MBA program that is more equitable, promotes the principle of accessibility regardless of means, and supports the pursuit of excellence.
