Dr. Stephen May, of Te Puna Wānanga (School of Māori and Indigenous Education), at the University of Auckland in New Zealand, delivered an excellent presentation about the origins of linguistic racisms and results of recent studies in New Zeland. The talk took place on June 6, 2024 via Zoom, and was followed by a discussion session with an international audience. The event was sponsored the Centre for the Study of Learning and Performance (), co-hosted by the Research Group, and supported by the Department of Integrated Studies in Education (DISE) at McGill University.
