- Please read the main SURA webpage before applying, and if you have any questions.
- This form must be submitted by the supervisor, not the student or someone else. Even if you have filled out NSERC USRA forms, you must fill these out in order for a student to receive a SURA. A few questions and conditions are specific to SURA. The project description itself can be copied from the USRA application.
- Submit one proposal per student. Resubmit to replace a previous proposal for this student, if the student withdraws, or (if permitted in your department) for a second student.
