Sciences infirmi猫res : Splitting the course will ensure that students are evaluated at the end of each term and promotion, or not, to the Winter term can be justified accordingly. Also, students who need to go on a leave at the end of the Fall term are at a disadvantage because at present they need to repeat the whole year, whereas splitting the course will ensure that they only need to repeat the term they have missed.
