Program Requirements

Le programme de leadership met l'accent sur le développement de compétences en leadership et d'outils pour mieux gérer et diriger les gens. Les participants acquerront un aperçu des pratiques de leadership innovantes et acquerront des compétences pour diriger dans un milieu de travail diversifié, négocier habilement, influencer les équipes, produire des résultats et tirer parti des analyses de données commerciales et humaines pour prendre des décisions efficaces. Le programme utilise une méthodologie pédagogique centrée sur l'apprenant, favorisant une meilleure compréhension des concepts et permettant aux apprenants d'intégrer ce qu'ils ont appris sur le leadership dans la pratique immédiate. Les cours sont également conçus pour développer la résolution de problèmes et la pensée critique. Les cours intègrent des simulations, des activités expérientielles, des études de cas et des conférenciers invités de l'industrie qui sont des chefs de file de l'industrie et des experts.
