Le diplôme en gestion des services de santé et des services sociaux permet aux étudiants d'acquérir des connaissances de base intégrées en gestion des services de santé et des services sociaux. Ce programme vise le développement de compétences de gestion quotidienne, tenant compte à la fois du volet humain et de la performance organisationnelle, en matière de planification, de direction et de coordination de la prestation de services dans les hôpitaux, les centres d'accueil pour les jeunes ou pour les aînés et les autres établissements offrant des services en matière de santé et de services sociaux. Les étudiants acquerront les connaissances et développeront les compétences nécessaires pour bien collaborer avec d'autres professionnels, établir des budgets, gérer des employés, acheter des appareils et superviser des installations et des équipements valant des millions de dollars.
