Overview

Management Core : Social processes that affect human behaviour and decision-making, and tactics for building and managing an organization that help such processes work for you rather than against you. Advantage, and the link between organizational design and capabilities. Different organizational designs for optimizing different types of innovation, grapple with the coordination/motivation tradeoff, explore how organizations try to use culture to relax that tradeoff, distinguish between formal and informal structures and power, and tie these ideas together when designing and leading teams.
