Program Requirements

Le certificat en leadership pédagogique pour les Premières nations et les Inuits (30 unités) comporte cinq (5) objectifs principaux : (1) l'acquisition des compétences de base que doivent posséder les leaders dans le domaine de l'éducation, (2) la promotion de l'autoréflexion permettant aux leaders de faire équipe avec les parents pour créer une approche communautaire, (3) la prise de conscience de l'apprentissage holistique, des cycles de développement de l'enfant et du rôle des leaders enseignants dans le renforcement de ce développement, (4) le maintien de l'interconnexion et de la continuité des valeurs et des aspirations communautaires et culturelles au sein de la structure administrative de l'école et des autres milieux éducatifs et (5) la connaissance et le soutien des objectifs pédagogiques et du cadre administratif du contexte et du système éducatifs.
