Le domaine de la gestion des relations publiques et des communications a grandement changé ces dernières années. La technologie numérique (y compris les médias sociaux) transforme la façon de communiquer des organisations et du grand public. Les entreprises commerciales mieux sensibilisées à leur responsabilité envers la société et envers les parties prenantes sentent le besoin, comme les organismes sans but lucratif, d’être conseillées par des spécialistes bien formés en communications.
