Dr. David Roberge is a Full Professor at the University of Montreal and Adjunct Professor at McGill University. He is a graduate of the McGill residency program in radiation oncology and completed post-residency fellowships at Stanford University and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Currently, he is a clinician-researcher at CHUM (Centre hospitalier de l’UniversitĂ© de MontrĂ©al) in Montreal.Â
Dr. Roberge's clinical research spans a wide range of cancers, including soft tissue sarcoma, cutaneous lymphoma, and pediatric oncology. However, he has a particular focus on brain tumors, especially those treated with radiosurgery. His research also includes post-operative treatments for brain metastasis, the conservative management of brain arteriovenous malformations, and the use of palliative radiotherapy for hepatic cancer. Dr. Roberge has contributed to key studies in radiation oncology, including the use of short-course radiotherapy in pancreatic cancer and novel approaches for targeting HER2+ solid tumors with radioligands. His work continues to drive advancements in cancer treatment and radiotherapy techniques.Â
