Overview

Responding to the environmental challenges we face means making choices, and economics plays a central role in these choices. What are the costs and benefits of doing something about global warming? This specialization integrates biological and environmental sciences with economics to give you the necessary training to design and evaluate environmental policies and manage natural resources. 

This specialization can only be taken with the major in Agricultural Economics


Careers

Students who pursue an environmental science degree have many options when it comes to jobs and may work in a variety of settings.

  • Natural Resource Manager
