The McGill University Pension Plan for members of the Service Employees' Union (eligible employees in the Data Centre, Facilities Management, Residences & Faculty Club听and Printing Services) is what is known as a 鈥渄efined contribution鈥� plan. The amount of contribution is known in advance, but the amount of pension isn鈥檛.
