Who can have new opportunities recognized on the CCR?Ìý
All student leaders* who organize eligible co-curricular involvement opportunities can have them recognized on the CCR.
*Student leaders: All student organizations who want to have their opportunity/opportunities recognized on the CCR must be first registered and recognized by either:
- an undergraduate faculty of student association (i.e., AUS, POTUS, etc.),
- an undergraduate departmental association,
- a post graduate student association (PGSA),
- a student organization, club or services registered under a McGill student association (I.e., SSMU, faculty association, etc.)
- an independent student organization formally affiliated with McGill University.
How student leaders can add new opportunities to the CCR
- Check to see if your opportunity meets the eligibility guidelines. If your opportunity meets our eligibility guidelines, then continue to step 2. If not, please contact us at myinvolvement [at] mcgill.ca for additional information.

Step 1 Approval Process
Before a volunteer opportunity can be recognized on the CCR, a student leader must complete the .
- Note:ÌýYou must complete one form for every volunteer opportunity that you would like to have recognized on the CCR.

Step 2 Tracking and SubmissionÌý
You must submit the list of volunteers to us by completingÌýthe .

- Note 1: Lists must contain either student ID numbers or @mail.mcgill.ca email addresses. We do not accept non-McGill email addresses.Ìý

Workshop/Event Recognition
CCR Sections:ÌýAll workshop/event opportunities that have been submitted by a student leader will appear under the Student-Led Initiatives section of the CCR.

Option #1: Uploading the event attendance into myInvolvement
Note: You can only upload event attendance into myInvolvement if you or another staff member have created an event for it in myInvolvement. If you haven’t, please skip to option #2.ÌýIf you’re unsure, please contact myinvolvement [at] mcgill.ca

Student Group Registration & Recognition Timeline
- August - February: .
- March: Your organization will receive an email, asking for the lists of your executive committee and their position titles. A member of your executive committee will be required to provide this information to us by completing the .
- March- May: The CCR team will add recognition for all executive members to their CCRs, and you will be notified via email once this has been completed.
Tracking and Submission

- ±·´Ç³Ù±ð:ÌýYou must include an end date for each position. If you specify the end date is "ongoing" then we cannot recognize the position.
