1:00- 2:30 PM:Meet the Wellness Hub's wonderful Handlers and Dogs, trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief. A Hub Peer Supporter will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the Student Wellness Hub and its services and to provide peer support and health navigation.
5:15 - 6:00 PM:To help reduce exam stress, join us at the McGill Sports Complex Monday to Friday for free fitness classes. A vinyasa-style (flow) class focusing on full-body movements and postures linked together through breath. The class is welcome to all levels as there will be variations for every pose, though some previous yoga experience is recommended.
This Christmas Party will be a potluck with a white elephant gift exchange! DM for details and locations - can’t wait to see you all there!

6:00 - 7:00 PM:This is a super fun and relaxed opportunity to practice French. All ages and abilities are welcome.
7:00 - 7:40 PM:Join the MSA each Tuesday at 7 PM in MSA prayer room to learn, recite and perfect your relationship with the Quran. Our teacher, Ahmed Hisham is a master of the 10 qiraats of the Quran. Do not miss out on the opportunity to become from “the people of Allah.”

10:00 - 11:30 AM:This workshop will draw on the work of Nicki Ward (Ethics of Care, 2015) to investigate the relationship between intersectionality and care ethics. It will consider how these two theoretical frameworks might complement each other through the exploration of their individual principles, and how they might expand our own understanding of the lived realities of care, identity and diversity.
