We offer secured housing to all first-year undergraduate students, 22 years of age and under, who have accepted McGill's offer of admission.

Winter 2025 applications are open in Minerva on Monday October 28. The confirmation deadline is November 22.

Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year will open in March. Learn more about the听residence application process, including details on who is eligible for guaranteed accommodation, the process of听hall and room assignment, and what you need to do to confirm your room reservation.

Confirmation Deadline: You must confirm your room reservation and pay the residence deposit along with a residence application fee (non-refundable) sometime in June 2025. A date will be confirmed Spring 2025.

Cancellation Penalties: Please note that when you accept your offer to live in residences,听you are making听a commitment听for a lease under Quebec law for听the full academic year. There will be cancellation penalties听for those who choose to terminate their contract. For more information visit听Cancellation Policies.听
