Information for vehicle asset stewards and operators
A vehicle asset steward is a faculty member or an administrative unit head accountable for the custody of the university-owned vehicle. A vehicle asset operator is an employee, faculty member, or student, who is authorized by the vehicle asset steward to operate the vehicle.Ìý
The Manager of Parking & Transportation Services (Downtown Campus) is the current vehicle asset administrator, responsible for administrative matters pertaining to vehicles. This includes the update of vehicle asset information in the Central Asset Management System.
