Academic Immersion Healthcare is a McGill Medical Student-led outreach initiative forÌýhigh school students in lower socioeconomic neighbourhoods. Using immersive modules and resources, AIH inspires disadvantaged students to start a career in healthcare.

Explore! Careers In Health
Explore! Careers in Health is a three-day program held yearly in the summer, where high school students from grades 9 to 10 are introduced to various health professions. Participants engage in live workshops with hands-on activities to explore McGill’s different healthcare programs.

Health Outreach Projects
Health Outreach Projects (HOP)is a McGill Medical Students' Society club which does high school visits across the province of Quebec to introduce young learners to the health professions. HOP also holds three one-day events, called Health Professional for a Day, where students learn about the health professions through simulated activities. These one day events are held in the months of March and April annually.

McGill Mentorships in Healthcare (MMH) is a non-profit initiative offering longitudinal mentorship and skill-building workshops for CEGEP students from backgrounds that are currently underrepresented in health professional programs at McGill University.
