The Schulich School of Music鈥檚 strategic plan,聽developed through extensive consultation and engagement with faculty, staff, students, the Faculty Advisory Board, and critical friends of the School from December 2018 to December 2019 under the guidance of the former Dean, Brenda Ravenscroft (2017-2022), builds on the School鈥檚 strengths and reputation to ensure its continued commitment to excellence and leadership. Aligned with the strategic objectives of McGill University, the School鈥檚 plan identifies clear pathways to achieving our vision for the future.
