About the program
The Work Study program is designed to help students with demonstrated financial need find jobs on or near campus with flexible work schedules to fit in around class timetables.
How it works
Steps | Description |

1. Meet eligibility requirements | Make sure you meet the eligibility requirements for the current academic year. |
2. Submit your Minerva application to participate in the Work Study Program | The student application opens July 1st for work starting at the beginning of the fall term. View How to Apply for more details. |
3. View the status of your application | Student Aid decisions are displayed on your Minerva Work Study application. If accepted, you will have the ability to produce a Work Study Confirmation letter. The letter will include the approved start and end dates for each applicable term to share with your prospective employers. The letter is only valid for 30 days and can be reproduced as needed.  |
4. Search for available Work Study jobs in myFuture | If you are accepted to participate in the Work Study program, you can apply for the Work Study jobs listed on . You apply directly to the employers and get paid by the employers for your work.  If you need help finding other work opportunities or designing a CV, visit the Career and Planning Services Office (CaPS). |
